My role is to share naturopathy and well-being in businesses, with families, during stays or at well-being fairs.

How? I organize and lead workshops, conferences, and I work as a private chef for stays or for days to help people discover and share our essential fuel: food.

Home chef and culinary workshop

The power of antioxidants present in certain foods, the benefits of vegetable juices, the preparation of gluten-free dishes, alternatives to refined sugar, the indulgence and benefits of certain foods.

At home, in business, during stays, I travel with the necessary equipment to share with as many people as possible the keys to finding a balance in life and/or to discover natural tips to help you eat better on a daily basis, be fitter and stay healthy.
