How does kinesiology work? Kinesiology is based on a simple principle: the body responds instantly to whatever balances or disrupts it. When you present information (a food, substance, emotion, organ, etc.), the nervous system reacts, and this reaction shows up directly in the muscle tone. In practice: • The person keeps their arm lifted. • I apply gentle pressure to their wrist. • I ask them to resist. • The body either maintains strong resistance (no disturbance) or weakens (indicating stress or an imbalance linked to the tested factor). The muscle acts as a natural form of biofeedback, a biological indicator revealing what the body tolerates and what challenges it. It is neither painful nor invasive, yet highly precise for detecting intolerances, deficiencies, overloads, or emotional stress. --> After testing the cards, we move on to the next phase: eye movements. How does this work? Eye movements help the brain process, rebalance, or “release” the information revealed during the previous tests. Each direction of the gaze stimulates a different area of the brain: memory, emotions, analysis, stress, sensory integration… Eye movements act like a neurological reset, enhancing clarity, body adaptability, and energetic flow. It is particularly useful for : - Food intolerances: gluten, lactose, sugar, additives… - Nutritional deficiencies or excesses: vitamins, minerals, trace elements - Parasites or toxins: heavy metals, pollutants, digestive parasites - Emotional stress: anxiety, fears, emotional blockages, past traumas - Fatigue or overwork: physical or mental - Functional disorders: digestive, immune, hormonal - Addiction: cigarettes, sugar, drugs… By addressing these disturbances, the method helps the body regain balance, improving vitality, mental clarity, and energetic flow. ⚠️ Please note: Any session must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise it will be charged (except in cases of force majeure).
