Qi Nei Tsang is a visceral massage technique that originated in Taoist China over two thousand years ago.

This practice aims to restore the harmonious flow of energy (Qi) to achieve a profound balance between body and mind.
It facilitates the free flow of energy by activating the five major metabolic systems:
Digestive
Vascular
Nervous
Lymphatic
Immune
The treatment involves deep, precise, yet delicate and gentle pressure to stimulate the internal organs and boost their metabolism. The massage covers the large and small intestines, liver, gallbladder, stomach, spleen, kidneys, and diaphragm.
In practical terms, it helps to:
Support healthy digestive and metabolic function.
Relieve back and abdominal pain.
Improve joint flexibility.
Prevent fatigue, stress, and depressive states.
Relieve premenstruel pain.
Strengthen the immune system.
Manage emotions and assist with constipation.
The gut: our second brain! Common expressions such as having "a knot in your stomach," a "gut feeling," or needing to "digest information" speak volumes about the importance of the digestive system. Given recent scientific discoveries that elevate the gut and its microbiota to the status of a "second brain," it is no longer a secret that everything happens in our bellies!
