Nutritious snacks to prevent midday cravings !

Here is a simple recipe to make your own energy balls.
For more than ten energy balls :
Perfect protein snacks for a snack or when you’re feeling a bit hungry during the day.
🔹️ 200g of dates
🔹️ 4 tbsp of almond powder
🔹️ 3 tbsp of peanut butter (or almond paste or other nuts butter)
🔹️ 40g of hazelnuts
🔹️ 40g of almonds or cashews, depending on what you have in your pantry
➡️ In a blender, mix the nuts, add the dates, almond powder, and peanut butter.
➡️ Shape into balls with your hands. If you wish, you can cover them with coconut or chocolate.
➡️ You can keep the energy balls in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
